How to Store

Why choose Raw Jersey Milk over regular milk?

Raw Jersey Milk is naturally higher in protein, calcium, and cream content than standard supermarket milk. Being A2, it is easier to digest for many people, while retaining all the enzymes and probiotics lost in pasteurisation. It’s milk in its purest, most nourishing form.

How long will it last once opened?

Once opened, keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days.

What is the layer that builds up at the top of my bottle?

What you can see is the cream that rises to the top of your bottle. This separation is natural; either shake before use, or enjoy the creaminess of that first sip from a cold bottle.

Will drinking raw milk make me sick?

Raw milk is a living food, full of healthy bacteria that nourish your body.

All of our raw dairy is handled with strict adherence to our HACCP protocols, assuring your milk is safe to consume.

Is your raw milk certified organic?

Yes & No... Not all of our partner farms hold organic certification — many small-scale regenerative farms choose not to due to cost and bureaucracy. However, all of them farm in alignment with organic standards.

Do you test your milk for pathogens?

Yes. While it’s not legally required at every batch, we proactively collaborate with farmers to monitor cleanliness and safety across the entire supply chain. Our HACCP system ensures consistent, low-risk handling and rapid traceability.

Why does my milk smell/taste slightly different each time?

Because nature doesn’t do copy-paste. Raw milk reflects the pasture, the season, and the cow. Spring milk might be lighter and floral, while late-summer milk is deeper and creamier. It’s real food — and every bottle tells a story.
