Pastured Eggs

Pastured Eggs

Golden yolks from truly roaming hens.

Product Details

Our Pastured Eggs come from hens who follow the sun and graze real pasture — pecking at grasses, clover, and juicy insects. That freedom shows up in the egg: firm whites and deep golden yolks with a rich, clean flavour you can’t fake.

Raised on regenerative farms, these hens help build soil health as they roam. The result is an egg that’s naturally nutrient-dense — a kitchen staple that feels like a small luxury in every dish.

Each carton contains 6 eggs

Our Customer Questions

What makes pasture-raised eggs different?

Our hens roam freely on open pasture, foraging insects, seeds, and grasses. This diverse, natural diet leads to richer yolks, stronger shells, and a deeply nourishing egg — no cages, no grain-heavy feedlots, no synthetic additives.

Are your eggs organic?

Yes — the hens are raised organically on regenerative farmland. No GMOs, antibiotics, or chemical inputs. Just clean soil, clean feed, and a whole lot of sunshine.

Do your eggs taste different?

Absolutely. Customers often describe our eggs as having more flavour, colour, and “life.” That deep orange yolk? That’s the sign of a truly nutrient-rich egg.

How long do eggs stay fresh?

When stored in the fridge, our eggs can stay fresh for up to 3–4 weeks. Since they’re unwashed (to preserve the natural protective bloom), some people also store them at room temperature — though we recommend refrigeration for safety.

Be aware though, the longer your eggs sit, the less nutritionally dense they become.

Do the eggs come in recyclable packaging?

Yes. All of our egg cartons are made from mycelium-based or recycled cardboard. Treat with care as we will collect and reuse them if you kindly leave them in your return box.

Are the eggs safe to eat raw or soft-boiled?

Yes — because our hens are healthy, their environments are clean, and the eggs are handled with care. Many of our customers enjoy them soft-boiled or in homemade mayo. But as always, trust your body and preferences.
